A trial judge from the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia has ruled that the Trump administration must fully restore DACA, the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program. However, he has delayed the effect of the ruling for 20 days to give the administration a chance to appeal.
"The administration is doing everything it can on all fronts to detain and deport as many people as possible, and to criminalize as many people as possible," says the executive director of Detention Watch Network.

President Trump has signed a new executive order restricting travel from eight nations: Iran, Syria, Yemen, Somalia, Libya, Chad, Venezuela and North Korea.
